The ins and outs of calories folks. I eat them, I burn them off (hopefully those work out to a deficit) and you get to see them. You can click below on the subpages below to see my food, calories and fiber for that day/week. Don’t go clicking on it all at once now, I know the excitement is overwhelming!
My diet goals for the moment have been adjusted to 1800 calories, 25g of fiber and to quit eating by 11:00pm.
